Decent Stay Despite Room Issues

The check-in experience was a bit chaotic, but the staff was friendly. The nearby dining options offered great local flavors. I appreciated the spaciousness of the original room intended, but settling for a studio was disappointing. Make sure to check your room before settling in.

It was just an excellent fit for a day tour in Columbus with good value for money. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all, making it pretty uncomfortable to stay there. If you need to stay here, make sure to double-check the amenities because they might not be what you expect.

My experience was incredibly disappointing. The room I was given was filthy, with other people's hair in the shower and grime on the dishes. I felt unsafe with the outside door locks removed and the pool being closed for what seemed like years. It was heartbreaking to see how poorly maintained this place is, and I didn't expect to have such a miserable stay.

Clean, comfortable room. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The golf course nearby looked nice. The breakfast options were fairly limited. Some areas felt a bit cramped for seating.

Not what I expected

Honestly, this place was a letdown. The lobby was filthy and my room was just as bad. The carpets in the hall were gross and the door lock was broken. It felt super unsafe. At least the breakfast was decent, but I couldn't enjoy it with everything else going on. Not cool.

i had a fantastic stay at mainstay suites! my room was fresh and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy mattress. the complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch, with pancakes and sausage each morning. i appreciated the no extra fees for housekeeping and kitchenware. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, making my stay even better.

The Efficiency Queen Suite offers plenty of space for a couple, allowing for some level of comfort during your stay. There’s a decent kitchen setup with basic utensils, which is handy if you like to prepare your own meals.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible grime on surfaces and hair lingering in the shower. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space, leaving the room uncomfortably warm, and the amenities pictured online were noticeably absent in person. The pool was closed and appeared unused for a long time, raising safety concerns about the overall maintenance of the property. Signage leads you to an underwhelming exterior that barely hints at the state of the interior, and if you require any assistance, you'll find minimal support available. It's also in a neighborhood where safety might be a concern for some, owing to the lack of proper locks on outside doors.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The clean room had a cozy kitchen perfect for meals, and the mattress was super comfy. It was way better than my last stay in columbus.

I loved the spotless Efficiency Queen Suite! The quaint kitchen had everything I needed to whip up meals. The staff was genuinely cute, creating a cozy vibe throughout my stay.

will not stay again

The efficiency queen suite was pretty basic. Kitchen had utensils but was overall unclean. The sofa bed was stained and not comfy. Bathroom had very limited supplies, only two towels. Breakfast was disappointing. just a sad selection of make-your-own waffles and some odd-looking patties. Not worth the price at all.

The kitchen was super handy with stainless appliances! I loved the comfy mattress and enjoyed the nearby restaurants.

Free Wi-Fi and nice kitchen but breakfast choices were very limited.

Unsafe and Unclean Stay

I stayed for 2 nights in an Efficiency Queen Suite and was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The couch had multiple stains, and the doors lacked proper locks, which made me feel unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to the overall cleanliness and security issues.
